Cancelling a booking

Free cancellation if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a partial charge.

No-shows

If you do not arrive for pickup and have not informed us in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show and any advance paid may not be refunded.

Late returns

If you need more time with the car, please contact us before your scheduled return time. Late returns without prior notice may incur extra hourly charges.
